Who can go tandem paragliding?

Almost anyone can partake of tandem paragliding.   There have been people that have ranged in ages from 8 to 74.  Weight is a consideration, and that ranges from 50 pounds to 250 pounds.

What type of clothes should I wear?

Hiking boots with some ankle support are the best.  However, tennis shoes will work just fine.  Depending on the temperature, a light wind breaker is a minimum, up to fleece pants with a heavier jacket.  A helmet will be provided for you.

Can I be a passenger on a tandem flight anytime?

No, tandem paragliding is truly a weather dependent sport, based primarily on the winds or lack there of.  Please be prepared to be patient.

How safe is tandem paragliding?

Our tandem paragliding instructors are some of the best in the country.  They have been flying for over 10 years, with several thousand flights under their wings.  There are several safety mechanisms on the wing, harnesses, and with the helmets provided, you are in good hands.

How long will the flight last?

Flights at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort are 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the thermal lift and winds aloft.

How much will a flight cost?

The price for a tandem flight and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is $195.00.
